C2C has been awarded funding from the Home Office Communities Against Gangs, Guns and Knives Fund to tackle youth crime in Northampton, working with local schools to educate teenagers about the dangers of entering into gangs & the consequences of violent crime.
C2C will provide:
· free & confidential support to young people & their families
· information on local and national support agencies
· trained mentors who provide consistent support in working towards & achieving positive life goals
· restorative justice (RJ) workshops for young people
· workshops within local schools discussing the issues around gang life & violent crime
